MARK SPOON (Techno DJ and Producer), the enfant terrible of dance music, who contibuted in his unique style at all the major electronic music events (the Love Parade, Mayday, MTV Music Awards, German Dance Awards, etc.), and his congenial music partner JAM EL MAR (Dance2Trance, Tokyo Ghetto Pussy, Storm, B.G. By way of celebrating the musical achievements of DJ legend Mark Spoon, who tragically passed away January 11th. 2006 (he was only 39 years old), it has been decided to realease what will probably be the first, and only, Double-CD-Compilation ever of this legendary duo. The two CDs bring together nicely the phenominally successful Jam & Spoon remixes, as well as the Club Tracks so loved by DJs throughout the world. A special treat is a never before released „Be.Angeled“ remix, the anthem of the 2001 Loveparade. Produced in June 2006, this eight minute long „Tribute To Mark Spoon“ was specially remixed for the 2006 Loveparade in Berlin, where it was performed live by Rea Garvey (Reamonn) and Jam El Mar at the closing ceremony before a live audience of 1.2 million ravers, as well as millions watching on TV and via the internet world-wide. The Double-CD also includes the unforgettable remix classics including „The Age Of Love“, „Moby Go“, and „Relax“ (Frankie Goes To Hollywood) on CD-1, as well as Club Hits such as „Follow Me“, „Odyssey To Anyoona“, or the legendary „Stella“.
